Phase 1 - Consultation
At the fixed price of £350 this is the only essential part of the project and is an excellent starting point from which to develop your interior design project. This stage entails a two hour meeting at your home from which I create three deliverables, firstly a written report and pinterest board enabling you to respond to initial ideas and then a mood board (open to 2 changes) which distills these ideas into a scheme specific to your requirements.
This is a necessary initial stage in any interiors project and could be sufficient to stand alone, to provide you with clarity and guidance to move forward in your project or could be the basis on which a full interior design service can be delivered, progressing onto Phase 2.
Consultation
Even if you’re not sure what you want and that’s why you’re employing an interior designer, we take the time at the start of the process to get to know you, your family and your needs and desires.
This is a two hour chat over coffee in your home where we complete a detailed Client Brief together. This will provide us with a good understanding of your requirements for the room and of your requirements from Fig Designs.
During the initial meeting we will need to take a few photos* and measurements.
Inspiration Board and Report
Fig Designs will deliver an electronic Inspiration Board and Written Report from the information gathered during the client brief meeting.
A phone call or site meeting to discuss your feedback will ensure we’re heading in the right direction at this early stage.
These first deliverables should already enable you to feel the benefit of having a designer involved on your project.
Mood Board
A Mood Board is produced for each room from all the data in your brief and from your responses to the inspiration board.
This will be a much more specific selection of the items we will be using in your space, from flooring, furniture and curtain designs, through lighting options and paint choices.
